Bismarck Braces

Traditional braces are one of the most efficient orthodontic tools we have. They're made out of metal or ceramic brackets attached to the teeth, then connected by wires and tiny rubber bands or elastics.

These brackets, wires, and bands work together to apply the gentle pressure that will gradually move the teeth into the positions we want them to be in if you have regular adjustments with our doctors.

Braces are an excellent choice for correcting complex tooth issues. Braces may slightly reduce overall treatment time because they can sometimes work faster at aligning teeth and closing gaps than other treatments.

Braces don't need some of the more complex technology or expensive equipment that newer treatments can, making Bismarck braces a cost-effective orthodontic option.

Bismarck Invisalign

Invisalign is incredibly popular with patients and orthodontists and is the top alternative to traditional braces. Instead of brackets and bands, The Invisalign system uses a series of clear, removable aligners to straighten your teeth gradually.

Invisalign aligners are made of a comfortable plastic material and customized to fit snugly over your teeth. To keep your teeth moving in the direction you want them to, you'll generally need to switch your invisible trays out every 1-2 weeks for the next in the series.

The Invisalign system can only work if you follow the recommended guidelines exactly! You should wear aligners 20-22 hours per day throughout treatment. If patients neglect to wear the aligners as directed, it can impede the results and add time to the orthodontic process.

Invisalign is at its most efficient when correcting many of the most common orthodontic issues. For some complex cases, Invisalign may not be a good option. A free consultation with Feil Orthodontics will allow us to determine your Invisalign eligibility.

“Our family loves Dr. Feil and his team! They are extremely caring and create an experience far more impactful than just the process of getting braces. They took the time to help our children understand how to be successful through the process, took the time to get to know their personalities, and on top of that, they provide phenomenal dental work.”

- Jessie B.

"We loved how friendly, patient, and easy to work with all of the team was. We were always seen on time and out just as quickly but still received quality care. When we had an emergency case, they got us in and took care of it. We would highly recommend Feil Orthodontics to anyone in need of treatment!"

- Jeannie K.

“Dr. Feil and his team are great to work with. They are super patient, understanding, and calm and think outside of the box to talk through what they will be doing. I highly recommend Feil Orthodontics, especially for kiddos that aren't a huge fan of the dentist/orthodontist.”
